The LumberYard Fieldhouse houses four distinct training facilities: Shooting/Puck Skills, Turf Area, Sports Conditioning Gym, and the Skating Treadmill.

·      Shooting/Puck Skills: Ideal for shooting, slideboard stick handling, stick handling and puck skill improvement

·      Turf Area: Ideal for small-area soccer, lacrosse, speedball, kickball games, baseball practice, team training, lacrosse shooting practice, individual or small-group sports conditioning, and sports conditioning.

·      Sports Conditioning Gym: Fully supplied with all the weightlifting equipment an athlete will need to gain strength and agility.
