If you absolutely cannot field a team (i.e. less than 5 skaters and a goalie) for one of your games, you MUST follow the steps below. Any team that does not show without communicating with the LumberYard (see emails and phone numbers below) will be suspended from the league.
Contact the coach of the team you are scheduled to play (emails and phone numbers of the other coaches are attached to this email).
Review the available ice for reschedules by clicking here.
Select 2 or 3 dates and times that work for both of you.
Email Shelly at shelly.nutzmann@lumberyardsports.com with the details of your re-schedule (game being cancelled and preferred dates for reschedule).
Shelly will send an email to both coaches confirming the reschedule and update the team calendars.
