• Begins June 13th - July 27th
• Monday and Wednesday:
• On-Ice 5:00pm
• Off-Ice 6:00pm
• All Age High School Girls

NOTE: Players will be off July 4th & July 6th

Camp Goals: 

• 1 hour On-Ice / 1 hour Off-Ice training
• Edge work- Balance, Technique, Power
• Shot Release Shoot to score EVERY TIME!
• Skills/Agility Quickness, Puck Handling, Vision 
• 1v1 2v2 3v3 small area. Compete-Compete-Compete. Be hungry!
• Off-Ice lifting program. We will teach you how to use XLAthlete. The top off ice hockey program available.
• Speed/Explosiveness "Best way to make the team is by being fast" - Miracle On Ice
• Includes LumberYard Summer Players Club Membership from April - August

• Monday and Wednesday:
• Boys: 2016-2017 Grade 8 and 9 register for  6:00 pm session
• Boys: 2016-2017 Grade 10 through 12 register for 7:00 pm session
• Revolution Players and College Girls:  2016-2017 Grade 9 - College Players 8:00 pm session. Session coached by Dave Dochniac.

**June and July all sessions at LumberYard.

**August sessions at St. Croix. The sessions all combine and skate at  7:00 pm (Lifting to follow at The LumberYard)
